The wholesale travel company, which signed a 10-yearlease, has moved its sales and marketing, humanresources, finance, product development and technologyteams to the new location at 4660 W. 77th St. Thecompany also operates a service call center in Minot,ND.
In the lease deal, Jill Rasmussen, vice president ofEdina, MN-based Northco Real Estate Services,represented Colonnade Properties, the owner ofPentagon Park, while Keewaydin Group of Minneapolisrepresented MLT. The value of the lease and the park's occupancy weren't disclosed.
