New Orleans-Based Lagasse Leases 102,940 Maryland Space

COLUMBIA, MD-Representing janitorial product wholesaler Lagasse Inc., Grubb & Ellis arranges the lease at Gateway Commerce Center. The distribution center will be Lagasse's second Maryland location.

Lagasse will take up just a minor portion of the space available at the 440-acre Gateway Commerce Center. The industrial park, which is located at Route 175 and Interstate 95, offers about 1,650,000 sf of space. Lagasse has about 25 such distribution centers throughout the country. The Gateway space is the company's second Maryland location; it also has a center in Baltimore.
