Interbank-Exchange sealed a five-year deal for 5,016 sf. The firm is refurbisher and reseller of ATM machines and was operating out of a northwest Phoenix residence until its business built up. Move-in is set for Feb. 1, 2002.
Jeff Conrad and Matt Hobaica, both of Lee & Associates Arizona in Phoenix, represented tenant and building owner, EJM Development, in the lease talks. The warehouse spot is located at 23910 N. 19th Ave.
Lee & Associate brokers Marc Pierce and Chris McClurg snagged a 9,710-sf tenant for Roger Buttram's Superstition Springs Commerce Center II at 7107 E. Southern Ave. in Mesa. The team also represented the tenant, Special Weapons LLC.
