The dividend on the 8.75% Series A preferred shares represents an annualized dividend of $2.19 per share. The Series C cumulative redeemable preferred shares dividend of 58 centsper preferred share will be paid Dec. 31 to shareholders of record Dec. 17, representing an ex-dividend date of Dec. 13.
The dividend on the 9.25% Series C preferred shares represents an annualized dividend of $2.31 per share.
