Acar will use the money to acquire land and rehabilitate an existing 20,000-sf manufacturing facility along Groesbeck Highway.Admiral will acquire a building on Carlo Drive in Clinton. Both companies manufacture broach and cutting tools for the automotive and aerospace industries.
Black River Manufacturing will use a $2 million bond to buy land and build a 32,000-sf addition to an existing facility in Port Huron. The land and building will be owned by Black River Investment Co. and leased to the manufacturing firm, which creates automotive parts.
