Two Tenants Lease Space in Technology Square

WORCESTER, MA-Liberty Properties of Boston signs two long term tenants for its nearly complete Technology Square office development.

Liberty Properties, which owns several other industrial properties in the Worcester area, designed Technology Square as a combined office, and medical research facility that would dovetail with the research area already located near the UMass Hospitals. Cable tells Globest.com that the building should be ready for occupancy by February 2002.
