All City assumed a lease that runs through 2013. The asking rate for the space was $0.45 per sf per month, NNN, and included 6,000-sf of office space. "It was basically excess real estate," says the listing broker Dave Squire of Grubb & Ellis, who worked with partners Tom Talbot and Steve Barragar to find a taker. Broker Michael Smith, who was unavailable for comment, represented All City.
"Michael had been searching for a new home for All City for a number of months," Barragar tells GlobeSt.com. "We knew of his interest and were talking to him within a week of getting this listing."
The stand-alone building, located at 29125 SW Casting, is owned by a trust operated out of Southern California, says Barragar. All City is moving from about half as much space within the Rreef-owned Wilsonville Business Center.
