Phoenix 12-Unit Rental Building Sells

PHOENIX-Rob and Ellen Richard of Mesa, AZ sell the Graystone Apartments at 3635 N. 37th St. for $630,000 to Rob Porter and Earl Ricker, both of Phoenix. The deal is brokered by the Marcus & Millichap office in Phoenix.

Peter Katz and Darrell Moffitt of the Marcus & Millichap office in Phoenix represented both the buyers and sellers, says David A. Wetta, managing director of the Phoenix office of Marcus & Millichap. Marcus & Millichap has 34 offices nationwide and last year handled more than $6 billion in sales.
