Marc Hetzberg and Gary Anderson, brokers with the industrial division of Grubb & Ellis, represented the owner of the industrial space, Americal Properties. Americal is based in California. Tim Keck with RE/MAX Integrity represented Betel Ministries.
Previously, Saguaro leased space in Deer Valley. The company doubled its size in its new space, says Hetzberg, who handled the transaction. Hetzberg not only represented Saguaro Custom Cabinets, but also represented Irmas Industrial, the building's owner, during the lease negotiations.
