Monetary details and the specific length of the lease agreement are not being released.

The six-floor structure is three years old, and with such amenities as climate-controlled areas and fiber optic cabling, it is specifically designed to accommodate major technology firms. GTE formerly housed its world headquarters in the building.

"The site offers us an opportunity to re-establish our EFT platform and prepare for its expansion without any interruption to our customers," says Genpass president and CEO Bipin C. Shah. "This center will support the newest technologies and products for our financial institution and corporate customers."

The company's executive offices and customer support team will also be housed in the building, and will be the first to move from the current Dallas office sometime in the first half of next year.
