The renovation will include the refurbishment and expansion of the country club's locker rooms, clubhouse and outdoor patio. All of the décor will match that of the existing facility. Designed by Keary Gregg & Associates of Laguna Niguel, the expansion will add 9,000 sf to the country club, which is located at 23700 Clubhouse Dr.
"The expansion will provide the country club with the necessary space to cater to its growing clientele," says Dennis Reyling, president of Irvine-based R. D. Olson Construction. "We are pleased to contribute to the country club's progress."
Project costs total $3.8 million. The country club will remain open during the renovation, which is slated for a May 2002 completion.
R. D. Olson Construction specializes in projects involving country clubs, retail complexes and hotels. The company built Irvine's Marriott Residence Inn and Hawthorne's Springhill Suites.
