The Tollgrade transaction completes the lease-up of the building, according to Jonathan Kushner, director of leasing for Schenkman/Kushner. The three-story asset, which features an atrium lobby and a cafeteria, totals 140,000 sf of space. Other tenants include AT&T, Aventis, Russel Stanley, Agile Technologies and Professional Detailing.
The new tenant was represented in the transaction by Ed DaCosta of CB Richard Ellis. As part of the lease agreement, Schenkman/Kushner will build out the new offices for the tenant.
The Cheswick, PA-based Tollgrade Communications produces equipment that enables telephone companies to remotely diagnose problems in both fiber optic and copper lines.
