Bridge Housing Solutions is developing a 105,000-sf, 4-story apartment complex with an interior courtyard at 13710-13740 San Pablo Ave. in San Pablo. The complex will feature 82 units with parking spaces, and will cost an estimated $7.8 million.

Bridge Housing Corp. is planning to build a new senior housing complex. The 30,950-sf, three-story building will consist of 40 units on a one-acre site at Chestnut Avenue and Mission Road in South San Francisco. The value of this project is about $3.5 million.

Albertson's Inc. Corporate Offices will build a new Albertson's Grocery Store at Stanford Ranch Road and Park Drive in Rocklin. The 57,560-sf building will include retail and checkout areas, several departments, an office, employee breakroom, loading docks and restrooms. The project will cost about $4 million.

Winco Foods, Inc. is building a new $10 million grocery store in Stockton. The store will be a 96,000-sf, one-story building.

Lowes Co., Inc will develop a new Lowe's Home Improvement Warehouse in East Stockton. The 135,000-sf, one-story store may break ground as early as January 2002, and will cost an estimated $7 million.
