AMI Semiconductor has taken on 7,040 sf in Plano's Park Center,located at the corner of Park Boulevard and Dallas North Tollway.The two-year-old building has five floors and houses 225,000 sf. Atthe Bank of America Plaza, Little Pedersen, Frankhauser & CoxLLP will move into 8,087 sf of office space.
Downtown's tallest skyscraper at 72-stories high, the Bank ofAmerica, building, is 14 years old and was most recently known asNationsBank Plaza.
Addison's granite and glass 14-story Millennium Center will geta new tenant, with ING North America Insurance Corp. leasing of12,616 sf.
