At the end of September, CNC purchased the 254-unit Ashley of Spring Valley apartment complex in Orlando, FL. In August, it purchased a 58,630-sf office building called Falling Creek One at 14614 Falling Creek in northwest Houston, neighbored by other CNC buildings. In June, CNC bought the 230-unit apartment complex, Seabrook Pirates Landing at 2727 E. Nasa Rd. One in Clear Lake, an eastern suburb of Houston. CNC has more than 50 apartment complexes as well other property types in its portfolio.
