The deal follows on the heels of the recent sale of Fullerton'sCommonwealth Industrial Park. The 280,000-sf industrial complex wassnatched up by Hager Pacific Properties through Pacific WestManagement, one of its related entities. Comprised of threebuildings, the property is located at 2401-2425 W. CommonwealthAve. and 2410-2440 Artesia Ave. Currently occupied by fiveindustrial tenants, it stands on a 12.5-acre parcel approximatelyone-half mile east of the Fullerton Airport.
