The world's largest distributor of mechanical, electrical and fluid power transmission equipment is relocating from Chicago. HSA Commercial executive vice president/managing director Tim Thompson, SIOR, represented Motion Industries while Colliers Bennett & Kahnweiler Inc.'s Brent DeNoble and Vern Schultz represented ownership of the 167,522-sf building.

Meanwhile, Phase I of Maple Point Business Park – Woodridge will include two buildings of 81,420 sf and 84,960 sf. The second phase could include an office or light industrial building as large as 110,000 sf.
