MIAMI-The $12 million development is being built by Tennessee-based Kendall Resort Hotel Ltd. on 21.9 acres owned by Sundale Ltd. The number of rooms weren't disclosed.
The site, which is owned by Sundale Ltd., headed by Philip Scutieri Jr., trustee, is adjacent to the Sunrise Convalescent Home and Baptist Hospital.
The land area totals up to 21.9 acres and has an assessed value of $4.39 million. Crossroads Hospitality will manage the hotel.
