PFSweb leases 65,419 sf in the class A property, owned by San Diego-based Shidler Group. Rodney Helm of Jones Lang LaSalle's Dallas office negotiated the renewal on behalf of the Shidler Group. Dan Cook of Cushman & Wakefield of Texas Inc.'s Dallas team handled talks for the tenant.
The signing of Priority Fulfillment Services Inc. keeps the building at 91% occupancy. To date this year, Atrium tenants overall have renewed more than 100,000 sf in the structure, positioned at 500 N. Central Expressway. The Shidler holding, bought in 1999 and built in the mid-1980s, is commanding a $24 per sf, full-service rate.
PFSweb is an international outsource provider of transaction management services for the business sector. The firm provides worldwide distribution, call center and back office services. Its client roster includes IBM, Hewlett-Packard, Lancome and RCA.
