Michael Davis, COO with Millenial Assurance tells GlobeSt.com that his company has been at the Westchase location for more than 10 years. He says the area has worked for his company because of the professional employment base surrounding the offices. "The landlord has been quick and attentive as we have expanded and retracted over the years," Davis says. The easy Beltway 8 access is an added plus.
