Firms needing a combination of lab and office space, especially pharmaceutical, and biotech companies are among the targets, as are telecom and general office users.
Located in a fully developed office park, the new asset has a list of corporate neighbors that includes Merrill Lynch, Wave Systems and Bristol-Myers Squibb. It has 18-22-foot clear ceilings and is available for a single tenant or is divisible to 10,000 sf. Current pricing is $12.50 per sf, net, with an option to buy, according to Boiseau.
