In another deal, Dewied International leased 6,402 sf at 4211Director in Director Industrial Park I in San Antonio's northeastsubmarket. Joe Carroll of the San Antonio office of Grubb &Ellis has represented Dewied. The building owner is Lend Lease RealEstate Investments. Dewied, based in San Antonio, makes naturalsausage casings. It also has operations in Wisconsin, Canada,Mexico, Finland, France, Germany and Argentina
