35-Year Veteran Cops Senior Director Status at Advantis

ATLANTA-The Atlanta office of Advantis Real Estate Services Co. named Jerome "Jerry" S. Baum senior director. A one-time owner of Buckhead's Tower Place property, he will be responsible for sales and financing of commercial investments.

Baum has more than 35 years experience in real estate, including a turn in 1976 as owner of Buckhead's Tower Place property. He has been involved in the sale and financing of properties valued at more than $2.5 billion, including the sale of the Marketplace in Denver and Maui Marketplace in Hawaii. Before Advantis, Baum was a senior associate in the Atlanta office of Marcus and Millichap.
