Gold and Team Make Early Arrival at REOC

SAN ANTONIO-This week, David Gold and his property management and leasing team move into its new quarters at REOC Partners. The seven-member Gold team's official start date is Jan. 1, 2002, culminating an amicable parting from Koontz-McCombs.

Gold had joined Koontz-McCombs, the real estate partnership of Bart Koontz and Red McCombs, in August 2000. Besides managing the Koontz-McCombs properties, he and his team continued to handle third-party properties. Gold and Koontz-McCombs had an amicable parting when Koontz-McCombs decided to bring the property management duties in house.

Among those joining Gold at REOC are Brian Harris, James Ploetz, Kim Gatley, Megan K. Riley, Sam Augustin and Debbie Madden. Their new offices are at Lincoln Center, 700 Interstate 10.
