Bill Smith comes to Noble House from Silversea Cruises where he held the position of president and chief operating officer for the last six and a half years. Smith joined Silversea in 1995 during its developmental stages and guided the company on a course of expansion. Under his direction the company grew from a two- to four-ship fleet, and garnered an unprecedented six consecutive "World's Best Awards" from Conde Nast Traveler, including two times being named the numberone travel experience among the world's Top 100.

Smith's more than 20 years experience in the travel industry includes executive positions at Costa, Commodore, Princess and Sitmar cruise lines. He has also held senior sales and marketing positions for Eastern and Braniff airlines.
