Andrew B. Zezas, senior managing director in Insignia/ESG's New Jersey office, Saddle Brook, and Key Otomo, managing director in the company's Manhattan office, represented the tenant. Kyowa specializes in R&D, manufacturing and marketing pharmaceuticals in the areas of neuroscience, oncology, cardiology, nephrology, immunology and endocrinology.
