The facility is being marketed for either full-building users, or divisible for 100,000 sf tenants. The pre-cast panel building will feature 32-foot clear ceiling heights, up to 62 loading docks, truck courts of 145 feet and parking for more than 400 cars. It will also have nearly 67,000 sf of mezzanine/office space. The site is near several major routes, including the NJ Turnpike and I-80.
Whitehall Industrial Properties, based in Edison, NJ, was founded by its president, Michael Nachamkin, and the Whitehall Street Limited Partnership of Goldman Sachs. The firm currently owns 636,000 sf of space in the Meadowlands marketplace.
