The Automobile Club's new acquisition stands at 14700 Hoover St. The 68,708-sf building was sold by SRG Westminster, a private real estate investment group.
SRG was represented by CB Richard Ellis brokers Ian Britton, Brad Bierbaum, Brian DeRevere and Bob Goodmanson. The buyer was represented by Gary Stache and Mark Larson, also of CB Richard Ellis.
In the other transaction, OC-based real estate investment and management group Abbey Co. acquired the 82,010-sf La Mirada Business Center. The complex stands at 14670-14770 E. Firestone Blvd. in La Mirada.
The property was sold by Chicago-based advisory firm RREEF. Both the buyers and the seller were represented by a CB Richard Ellis brokerage team of Steve Batcheller, Rick McGeagh, Barbara Emmons and Darla Longo.
