Closer to Chicago, grocery and specialty department store chain Asia World International will open its first retail outlet in the Iroquois Center in west suburban Naperville next spring, leasing 20,750 sf. Leasing representative Marget Arthur and vice president Amy Bryant of Oakbrook Terrace, IL-based Mid-America Asset Management, Inc. represented Iroquois Center.
