Models at the Centex's first townhome venture, the 70-unit Park Maitland Villas, are scheduled for completion in January. The company reports brisk sales but didn't disclose dollar volume to date in a prepared statement.
Centex has logged $185 million in 1,100 aggregate sales in the metro Orlando area since 1990 on conventional single-family shelter projects.
