John Ferruzo and Rick Kiersh, both of NAI Partners Commercial's Houston office, represented Miresco Investments in the lease transaction. Miresco is a Houston-based Oriental rug distributor for dealers, department stores and furniture retailers. The space went on the market in July when Miresco leased 72,240 sf at 8648 Glenmont, also in southwest Houston, for its corporate headquarters.

Richard Flowers & Associates has been part of the event-planning industry for 10 years. The firm has been responsible for orchestrating some of Houston's most high-brow events, including the Black Tie and Boots pre-party by the Texas State Society for the inauguration of president George W. Bush.
