A representative with the company tells GlobeSt.com that this is Hadco's first Boston-area office. The Suwanee, Georgia-based company is leasing 14,600-sf of space here in this one-story, 84,000-sf office and research and development building, which is located near Routes 95 and 1 and is about 20 miles south of Boston. Among the other tenants in the building are Carrier Corporation, and the Square D Company.
Spaulding & Slye Colliers senior vice president Peter W. Richardson and associate Eric B. Foster represented Hadco in the transaction. Vazza Associates, the owner, was represented by Richard Vazza. Hadco will begin its occupancy of the space this March. The other major metro markets the company serves include Atlanta, Washington, Baltimore and Philadelphia.
