Local Firm Leases 115,677 SF to Chino Tenant

IRVINE, CA-CIP Real Estate says Genlabs Inc., one of the region's largest makers and distributors of cleaning products, has inked $7.5-mil deal at Schaefer Industrial Park.

The tenant is Genlabs Inc., one of the region's largest manufacturers and distributors of cleaning products. The 11-year lease is valued at $7.5 million, according to a CIP marketing pro involved in the transaction.

Genlab's new space is at 5650 Schaever Ave. The building is inside CIP's Schaefer Industrial Park.

CIP Real Estate's in-house leasing team represented both Genlabs and CIP in the transaction.
