The first parcel, 13.74 acres just north of the southeast corner of the intersection at High Ridge Road and Park Ridge Boulevard, was purchased by Premier Gateway Center at Quantum Park for $2.93 million, or $4.90 per sf.
Lakeland-based Publix Super Markets purchased 8.82 acres just south of the first parcel for $1.8 million or $5.08 per sf.
Boynton Beach is located between Palm Beach and Boca Raton, 50 miles north of Miami.
