John Morgan of Philadelphia-based commercial real estate firm Binswanger/CBB represented Crane in the transaction. John Richard Collection was self-represented. Details of the sale were not released.
According to John Richard Collection vice president Shane Malouf, the firm bought the warehouse/manufacturing facility "because it was a good price." Malouf tells GlobeSt.com that he is looking for a single tenant to occupy the space on a net lease basis.
