She is responsible for providing management and oversight of sales and marketing programs at the company's 13 owned and operated senior-living communities. Senior Resources develops independent living, assisted living and dementia care communities in the western states.
Ehlers will assure occupancy of 1,100 units at 10 active communities in California, Oregon, Arizona and Nebraska, and pre-leasing of three communities with 572 units under construction in California and Oregon. SRG is an owner, developer and operator of quality independent living, assisted living and dementia care communities.
Ehlers brings 10 years of experience in the field of senior lifestyle marketing to her position. Most recently, she was Marketing Director for the SRG Community of SpringRidge at Charbonneau in Wilsonville, Oregon, near Portland, where she maintained 100 percent occupancy during her tenure from 1998-2001.
