Landmark is expected to complete its design for the Flowerfield property, a 326-acre tract located here and in St. James, by early spring. "We envision moving forward following final review at the board level this spring and having Landmark spearhead the ongoing development plans and operations to bring this project to completion," says Gyrodyne president Stephen V. Maroney.
Other Landmark venues include PGA West, laQuinta Hotel Golf and Tennis Resort, Carmel Valley Ranch, the Ocean Course at Kiawah Island Resort, Oak Tree Golf Club and Doonbeg, Ireland.
