Anchor tenants at the property include Southern Ice Equipment Distribution and Salinas Forwarding, both occupying with 15% of the industrial space and Keyston Brothers with 12%. The North Houston industrial inventory totals 38.7 million sf and bears a 6.41% vacancy rate, according to the latest research.
