AG/Touchstone Scripps Center LLC, comprised of Touchstone Trust and Angelo Gordon, sold the two-story 23,935-sf building at 10174 Old Grove Road to London American General Agency. The building is one of two at the property purchased and renovated by Touchstone in September 2000.
Another 38,105 building remains up for sale.
Jeb Bakke, Bret Gossett, Chris Pascale and Nick Psyllos of CB Richard Ellis' Central San Diego office represented the seller. Mark Wayne with Burnham Real Estate represented London American General Agency.
