DaVita has leased 5,500 sf at Pin Oak Crossing shopping center. Bill Byrd and Robert S. Parsley, both of Colliers International's Houston office, handled talks for the tenant. John Harry negotiated for the building owner, Unique Crossing Ltd. DaVita is a Torrence, CA-based provider of dialysis services. The company runs 488 outpatient dialysis centers in 32 states and the District of Columbia.
In another office lease, Sterling Capital Mortgage signed for 2,450 sf of office space at 17225 El Camino Real in the Clear Lake City area southeast of Houston. Coy Davidson of Colliers International structured the deal for building owner, Onyx One Partnership. Scott Carr of the Houston office of Cushman & Wakefield of Texas Inc. represented Sterling Capital Mortgage.
