Encompassing 25,000 sf, the recently completed office building stands at 14650 Aviation Blvd. in Hawthorne. The two-story structure features a contemporary theme, as well as a tiled stonework exterior.
"We conducted extensive studies and cost evaluations on the stone and tile exterior cladding, lobby finishes, window wall and plaster systems, says Bill Van Leuven, a Snyder Langston project executive. "After reviewing numerous materials, we provided our client with various options that provided the best value, while maintaining the intended aesthetic look."
Snyder Langston provided preconstruction and construction services for the project. Duties included budget and schedule management, value engineering, design analysis, logistics planning, estimating and general contracting.
The construction firm is one of the largest builders in Southern California, having worked on projects such as the Irvine Spectrum and Long Beach Integrated Resources.
