The bank is part of Bowling Green, VA-based Union Bancshares Corporation's conclave of community banks. Speaking to GlobeSt.Com, Union Bancshares Corporation CFO D. Anthony Peay says, "we're excited about the opportunity to expand into that market." Other banks with a lending office in the complex include Virginia Beach's Resource Bank. Peay says the company does not release the financial details of its leasing activities.
