This week, the natural food co-op reports it has found one that is a good fit with the property's surrounding community. The store is located at Northeast 65th Street and 20th Avenue in Northeast. Third Place Books, which is headed by developer Ron Sher and owns part of Elliott Bay Book Co., plans to bring many of the elements from its Lake Forest Park store to the Ravenna location, according to Robert Sindelar, general manager of Third Place Co.
Third Place books plans to open a bookstore, bakery and community gathering place "as soon as possible." Specifics of the sale have not been disclosed.
