Greg Johnston of the Austin office of Colliers Oxford Commercial represented Eureka E-Solutions and Jim Moritz of Moritz Properties bargained for building owner, Balcones Associates Ltd.

The 59,419-sf Alamo Title building is one of three in the Balcones Office Park at MoPac Expressway and Northland Drive in the south end of Austin's northwest submarket. Together, the buildings have 191,764 sf. The five-story Alamo Title building, built in 1979, is nearly 100% leased.

Founded in 1986, Eureka e-Solutions Inc. provides outsourcing services in software, the Internet and emerging technologies. Its customers include Fortune 500 companies such as Dell Computer Corp. and Sears.

Moritz Properties handles leasing for the Alamo Title building and one of its neighbors, the Prudential-Owens building. Kucera Cos. has the leasing duties for the Northland building.
