The first floor of the building was leased to Mahindra BT. It leased the 15,919-sf space at £230,825 per annum. Lease terms included a five-year lease with a six-week rent free period.
The second deal was for the 14,347-sf third floor and 14 car parking spaces. It went to Balfour Beatty Group for a £215,205 per annum. The terms on this lease included a new three-year lease subject to an option for a further year.
