Mark Seale and Jennifer Bishop of CB Richard Ellis' Phoenix office teamed with Darla Longo of CB Richards in Ontario, to negotiate the lease. The landlord, Arrowhead Investments of Irvine, CA, was represented by Marc Burns, Frank Geraci, Walt Chenoweth, Dan De La Paz and Jana Rafferty of CB Richard Ellis in Ontario.
Dial will move into the 320,430 sq warehouse/distribution center, located at 3355 E. Cedar St. in Ontario's Southaven Business Park in May. Dial executives cite the building's cost efficiency and age as reasons for the relocation.
