The site lies to the south of the town with prominent frontage to the A45 dual-carriageway and is called Victoria Business Park. In total it comprises approximately 180 acres that can accommodate B1, B2 and B8 uses up to around 1.5 million sf.

The agents are currently offering a phase of 80 acres for development. Design and build opportunities are available on a leasehold or freehold basis for warehouse properties of 50,000 sf upwards.

Infrastructure works will commence early in 2002 to include the construction of a new roundabout entrance to the site from the A45 dual carriageway. Each property will occupy a low site density providing good parking, loading and yard facilities within an extensively landscaped environment.
