FCL Builders then moved on to 359 N. Green St., where it is building a four-story, 100,004-sf Self Storage facility for Cardiff Mason Development. Completion is scheduled in August.
The North Side project was done one floor at a time, involving an interior rehab to the five-story facility, which includes a basement. New storage lockers, two new elevators and stairways, an HVAC system and electrical service were added while a loading dock was relocated. A 1,200-sf office area also was built.
Besides a 1,459-sf office, the West Side Self Storage will include a 4,708-sf interior courtyard and lunchroom.
