"A broadening labor base in Ocean County has created an influx of new residents in the region," according to Scheinerman. "That has created a strain on the current residential rental market."
When it's built out, Jackson Green will include a total of 48 one-bedroom apartments, and 80 two-bedroom units, according to Scheinerman. Floor plans will range from 1,150 to 1,300 sf. The complex will also include an outdoor pool and a clubhouse. The site is located near I-195, the Garden State Parkway and the New Jersey Turnpike in south central New Jersey.
