Richard Minch, Littlefield's CEO, says the Allan House gives Littlefield Hospitality a top-notch facility in the heart of downtown. Located at 1104 San Antonio, the house is close to the Travis County Courthouse and a few blocks from the state capitol.
The 4,373-sf Allan House, owned by Allan-Thrasher LLC, can accommodate seated dinners of 100 or cocktail parties for up to 400 guests. It also has office space for lease, mainly to lawyers and those who want quick access to the capitol.
Austin-based Littlefield operates bingo halls and other entertainment-related offerings including catering and party services. Its shares opened at $2.13 today.
